St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican is the primary temple of Christianity, and is built in the Renaissance style, with a central dome dominating the skyline of Rome. As you enter the church, you will see that its interior is much bigger than those of any other cathedral. Using an official audio-guide of the Basilica, you can start your visit at any point of the church, without having to follow the order dictated by the presence of a guide.
You can decide, for example, to begin with the heart of the Basilica, beneath the high altar and the Bernini's Baldachin, where you will discover the “Confession” or “Chapel of the Confession”, in reference to the confession of faith by St. Peter, which led to his martyrdom and burial place. You may choose to end with "La Pietà", the masterpiece of Michelangelo Buonarroti, or with the St. Peter's bronze statue (so worshipped by all the pilgrims visiting over the centuries).

• Please observe the strict dress code for the Basilica; shoulders and knees must be covered and low cut or sleeveless tops or shorts are not allowed for both men and women
• Clients who do not adhere to the dress code will not be permitted entry to the Vatican
• There will be an airport-style security check before you enter St. Peter's Basilica; please leave liquids and sharp items at home, and carry your possessions in a lightweight bag (you may be refused entrance to St. Peter's Basilica if you do not follow this)
• Audio guides must be returned by 17:30
• To collect the audio guide, you will be asked for a form of ID that will be held until the return of the device
• There will be no charge for children under 7 years of age. Please provide proof of age

You are required to bring and wear a mask
You will receive a mandatory temperature check
· You can go whenever you want, without having to show up anywhere
· At the time of booking, you will receive a QR code that will allow you to download the audio guide track. This will allow you to go to the Basilica when and how you want without having to respect fixed times and appointments
· If you prefer to use a traditional audio guide, you can request it - showing your booking voucher - at the reception desk located in the atrium of the Basilica. The desk hours are Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 17:30 and from 13:00 to 17:30 on Sundays
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
