Please note that waiting times can vary significantly depending on the day and crowd levels. The wait may take as little as 10 minutes or, during busy periods, more than an hour. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control and applies to all visitors entering the Vatican.

After the guided tour, you may remain inside the Basilica to explore further at your own pace.

Visitors who wish to climb the Dome of St. Peter’s Basilica can purchase tickets directly on site after the tour.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
