Free waiting time for the arrival at the airport is 60 minutes and start from the time booked for the pick up. We don't monitor flights. After the end of the free waiting time there is a supplement to pay of euro 15,00 for each 15 minutes.
For arrival at the train station, driver will wait you with a sign with your name at the beginning of the platform.

Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
