During the visit, the cultivation and production techniques of the most famous lemon in the world will be illustrated. We will show you the lemon growing process, its history and its use in ancient and modern cuisine. This is followed by a tasting of homemade marmalades accompanied by Provolone del Monaco cheese, lemon flavoured oil, Sorrento walnuts and a cold glass of home-made limoncello.
