• Passes are valid for 1 year from purchase date and only become activated with your first attraction visit
• After activation, your pass is valid for the number of days purchased (not 24-hour periods) over a 14-day period. We advise you start early in the day to make the most of your pass
• Your pass is valid for entry to attractions between 9am and 5.30pm. You can stay later, but your pass must be scanned for entry before 5.30pm
• For the best experience, follow the instructions on your booking confirmation to sync your pass.

When should I book?

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
