• Please note that no refund will be accepted for no-shows or late arrivals. The tour will take place in the event of rain. In the event of exceptionally high tides, the tour may be canceled and a refund will be provided
• The tour may be multilingual in the winter season, depending on the number of participants
• Please note that entrance to the Venice Museums is allowed only with the Green Pass and ID (except for minors under 12 years of age). Customers who cannot show a Green Pass and ID upon entry to the Doge's Palace will not receive a refund

Meet by Calle Larga Ascensione, in front of the post office next to St. Mark's Square. Go to the wooden stand with the yellow sign that reads "Meeting Point".
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
