At the airport: You can exchange your voucher at the Alilaguna desk in the arrivals hall (open 7:00 AM-12:20 AM) or directly at the dock where the boats depart. The airport dock can be reached following the light blue signal "Water Transport". On the first floor of the airport, you will find a moving walkway that will lead you to the dock.
In Venice: Exchange your voucher at the Alilaguna at Piazza San Marco by the Royal Gardens (open 7:30 AM-7:10 PM).
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
