The voucher for the Doge’s Palace will be sent to your WhatsApp and email 24 hours before the activity starts.
To collect your tickets for St.Mark's Basilica you have to meet our staff in Piazza San Marco, under the Clock Tower.
Please note: (Only for Doge's Palace) The voucher is not valid for entry. You must exchange the Doge’s Palace voucher at the ticket office to receive your final tickets.
Headphones required – please bring your own.
Dress code for St. Mark’s Basilica: Shoulders and knees must be covered to enter the church.
Museo Correr and other museums are open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (last entry at 4:00 PM).
Even for visits with audio guides, entry on your own is not allowed. Please make sure to find our coordinator at the meeting point — the Clock Tower — at least 10 minutes before your scheduled visit time. The coordinator will be holding a blue flag with Doooing Experience written on it. This is essential to allow enough time for check-ins.
There is no need to meet anyone in advance. The voucher you need to present will be delivered to your WhatsApp and email 24 hours before the activity starts.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
