Adult tickets apply to junior high school students and above. Child tickets apply to elementary school students.
Each adult can bring a pre-schooler infant for free; a children's fare will be charged for the second pre-schooler infant.
Please complete the boarding procedures at the ticket office of your chosen boarding location at least 15 minutes before departure. If you do not complete the procedures on time, you may not be able to board.
Please notice that if you disembark halfway, you may not board on the cruise again.
The cruising course may be canceled, changed according to the weather condition or tide level. It is also possible that passengers may not access the upper deck under such occasions. A full refund will be applied if the cruising course is canceled.
Wheelchair users are requested to contact us before boarding.
It is impossible to board the cruise midway from a location other than the designated boarding point, such as Asakusa.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
