IMPORTANT INFORMATION
High speed data is limited to 3GB per day
For extensions and late returns, there is an additional fee per day
If the device is lost, there will be a replacement fee
You will not be refunded if you fail to pick up your router
You can return your device at a different location if you let us know in advance (contact info@ninjawifi.com)
The pickup and return counters are different. Pickup is at the "JAL ABC" counter in the South Wing 1F International Arrivals Lobby, at the end of the hall, not near the Central Building, but near the domestic area.
Return is at the "J Wifi & Mobile" counter in the Central Building 1F International Arrivals Lobby, near 2 escalators and an elevator.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
