This session takes place in a historic tea room with a fascinating story. The building was originally part of the birthplace of Jokichi Takamine — the scientist world-famous for discovering Taka-Diastase and isolating adrenaline. Relocated twice over the decades, it now sits near its original site in Kanazawa, connected to a former official residence.
