Arrive at the 1st floor reception of Kurochiku Tensho-kan at least 15 minutes before the starting time
Advance reservations are required
In the event of cancellation due to insufficient participants or operational reasons, alternative dates or refunds will be provided
Guests participate indoors after removing their shoes
Comfortable seating is arranged to allow relaxed enjoyment
Please meet on the 1st floor of Kurochiku Tenshōkan. You will see a signboard outside the building. Tenshōkan showcases an extensive collection of Kurochiku’s meticulously crafted traditional handicrafts. If you arrive before the scheduled meeting time, you are welcome to look around and shop for souvenirs at Tenshōkan. Our staff will be ready to welcome you, so just let them know when you arrive.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
