Description

This is a course to learn how to make sushi so that you can make your sushi by yourself after you return to your country. You can also wear traditional Japanese cloth, Happi while sushi making.
We can offer a menu that is friendly to vegetarians, vegans and Muslims. You can also learn and experience Japanese spirits while sushi making, wearing traditional Japanese cloth, Happi! We have prepared the ingredients that have already been cut, so all beginners are welcome! And if you want to learn fish cuts, feel free to ask us. We strive to meet your needs as much as possible.
In order to make sushi, you first have to learn how to make "shari" or "sumeshi" (vinegar rice). You'll mix vinegar specially blended for sushi and freshly cooked rice. Keep in mind, there's a trick in mixing it well. This is a rare opportunity to be able to make sushi with special ingredients such as gourmet, extra fatty tuna or sweet and almost creamy, fresh, red shrimp on your own!
In the end of the course, we give you a certificate of completion after class. You are a sushi master too! Then, the course is finished.
