Operation hours are from 10:00 to 17:00. Reservations received after 17:00 will be processed next day.
The venue is on the 3rd floor. Please note that there is no elevator.
English translation will be provided as much as possible, if you would like to add it please contact us.
We will not be able to hold the event to accommodate delays.
Regardless of the reason, we charge a cancellation fee. Please check the cancellation policy for details. (After 17:00, it will be treated as the next day.)
If you change the reservation date and time after a cancellation fee has been incurred, a specified fee will be charged.
Please note that in the event of cancellation, we will not be able to compensate for travel expenses to the venue.

Those who do not participate in the experience will not be allowed to enter.

- Following options are not included in the price.
- If you would like, please select your option when you apply.
- Options:
- Experience completion certificate: 300 JPY (For nominative certificates, please let us know your names in advance. We will leave a blank space at your name otherwise.)
- Helper fee: 580 JPY If it is recognized that the experiencer requires assistance, such as a preschool child, this is an optional fee that allows to one person per experiencer to participate at an assistance fee (50% of the experience fee).
- Experience materials and tools must be shared. Our staff will not be able to assist you.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
