Please do not scan the QR of the order in the Getyourguide app. In case you scan the wrong code and cannot install eSIM, please be advised that we will not be able to offer refunds or accept responsibility for the situation.

- All iPhones bought from China mainland, Hong Kong and Macau DO NOT support eSIM.
- All Samsung purchased from China mainland, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan DO NOT support eSIM.
- One device can scan and save multiple eSIM QR codes (up to 8 eSIMs), but only 1 eSIM can be used at a time
- It must be installed and activated at the destination within 30 days after receiving the eSIM, otherwise the eSIM will become invalid and unusable.
- If you do not receive email having eSIM, kindly check spam/junk email or contact us.
- Please do not delete eSIM after activating. The eSIM QR code can only be activated once. We are not able to assist you if the eSIM has been deleted from the device.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
