If the chartered car exceeds the scheduled time, an additional 2,500 yen will be charged per 30 minutes (exceeding 30 minutes will be calculated as 1 hour). Please pay to the driver before getting off. The billing time is based on the scheduled pick-up time and the drop-off time at the end of the trip (if the departure point is not in Tokyo, the driver's round-trip time will be deducted).

Late night charter (22:00 to 6:00) will charge an additional 5,000 yen/hour, please pay to the driver before getting on the bus. The total mileage of the chartered trip is limited to 300 kilometers. If the limit is exceeded, an additional fee of 150 yen per kilometer will be charged. Please be informed.

In Japan, traffic jams may occur during morning peak hours, evening peak hours, and holidays, resulting in extended travel times.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
