Explore 3 UNESCO heritages, Kofukuji Temple, sacred Kasuga Shrine and Todai-ji. On the way, we take the ancient path and pass the Nara Deer Park for feeding.
Nara is the cradle of Japanese culture - its secrets and traces are still buried in its nature and buildings. We will explore not only the ancient World Heritage site and its architecture but also the secrets behind it that are not found in guidebooks. By understanding Nara, you will understand the Japanese sensibility and its harmony with nature.
Start from short bus ride from Kintetsu-Nara station, we'll explore 3 World Heritage buildings of Kofugi Temple. We take the ancient path to Kasuga Shrine, one of the most important Shinto shrines in Japan, and explore the largest wooden temple and the largest bronze Buddha statue of Todai-ji. On the way, we pass the Nara Deer Park for feeding.

This is primarily a walking tour, so we recommend comfortable footwear, a reusable water bottle, sun protection, and clothing suitable for changing weather conditions.

If you use train and arrive at Kintetsu-Nara station, please exit through the East Gate and head toward Exit 3. At Exit 3, Please take the elevator or stairs to the grand floor. When you go out of the building, you'll see the fountains looks like mountain and statue on the top. I’ll be waiting nearby with a sign displaying our“Nara Tours” logo to make it easier for you to find me.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
