This guided cherry blossom hiking tour begins at Kintetsu Yamato-Kamiichi Station, where you meet your guide and travel by private vehicle to Kisa-dani Valley. The hike starts along the forested Miyataki Manyo Path, which heads toward the Kami-senbon cherry blossom grove. Walking for over four hours at a relaxed pace, you’ll learn about Yoshino’s history and why the cherry blossom tree is considered sacred in the local Shugendo faith. The tour includes scenic viewpoints, photo spots, a lunch break surrounded by cherry blossoms, and a visit to Kinpusen-ji Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, before concluding at Yoshino Station.
The guide will be waiting at the meeting point in an easy-to-find location.
The tour operates in light rain but will be canceled in the event of heavy rain.

Coin lockers are available at Kashiharajingu-mae Station and Yoshino Station; however, there are no coin lockers at Yamato-Kamiichi Station, where is the meeting point.

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
