Operation hours are from 10:00 to 17:00. Reservation received after 17:00 will be processed next day.
There is no elevator in our building and you will need to take stairs to reach each venue.
There is no restroom in our facility, so please use one before you arrive.
English translation will be provided as much as possible, if you would like to add it please contact us.
We will not be able to hold the event to accommodate delays.
Please note that in the event of cancellation, we will not be able to compensate for travel expenses to the the venue.
Those who do not participate in the experience will not be allowed to enter.
Children who sit on their parents' lap are free of charge. (Under 2 years old only)

  • Experience completion certificate: 300 JPY
  • Helper fee: 580 JPY if assistance required, such as a preschool child, this is an optional fee that allows to one person per experience to participate at an assistance fee (50% of the experience fee).

When should I book?

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
