Departure: Board the coach at your confirmed meeting point to start your magical winter adventure in Hokkaido. Available meeting points: Please select one and confirm in advance.
1. Asahiyama Zoo
Your journey begins with a scenic ride to Asahiyama Zoo. Enjoy free time to explore the zoo’s unique natural-habitat enclosures with unobstructed views, getting up close to Hokkaido-native species like red pandas and foxes in forest-like spaces that mimic their wild environments. Plenty of photo and rest stops are available along the way.
Duration: Approximately 120 minutes.
2. Ken and Mary
Bus tour (10 minutes)
Take photos from the warm coach and enjoy panoramic views of the snow-covered fields. No disembarkation is required during this scenic viewing.
Duration: Approximately 10 minutes.
3. Shirahige Waterfall
Continue onward to Shirahige Waterfall, where you’ll stretch your legs with a short stroll to the viewing platform. Take in the lush forest surroundings and crisp mountain air, with ample time for sightseeing and photos.
Duration: Approximately 20 minutes.
4. Shirogane Blue Pond
Head to Shirogane Blue Pond, one of Biei-cho’s most renowned natural wonders. Admire its extraordinary cobalt-blue waters—colored by sunlight reflecting off tiny natural mineral particles—capture photos of the striking hue, and enjoy free time sightseeing opportunities.
Duration: Approximately 20 minutes.
5. Ningle Terrace
Arrive at the whimsical, fairy-tale-style Ningle Terrace, dotted with charming tiny wooden cabins and elf-themed decor. Take photos, browse for small souvenirs and relax in the magical atmosphere.
Important Note: If Ningle Terrace is temporarily closed (due to schedule adjustments, traffic restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances), we will replace it with an alternative attraction to ensure a seamless travel experience.
Duration: Approximately 25 minutes.
After the final stop, begin the return journey to Sapporo. marking the end of your tour.

3. No refunds for personal cancellations/no-shows.
4. When the group size is small, the driver may double as a guide. The guide is multilingual and provides assistance in multiple languages, not limited to a single language.
5. During the snow season, infants (0-3) are not accepted on this tour. For exceptional cases, advance notice is required and a liability waiver must be signed. The tour operator reserves the right to refuse boarding.
6. Inform us in advance if bringing luggage. Extra fees may apply.
7. Traffic congestion may block access to certain attractions; no refunds will be given for missed spots. Please book cautiously if you have concerns.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
