This half-day tour provides you with a bird's-eye view of Tokyo with the aid of VR technology preceded by our flagship Asakusa in-depth history tour.
After having our flagship Asakusa in-depth history tour, we will enjoy a 10-minute hike on the Sumida River Walk, a pathway across the Sumida River connecting the historical neighborhood of Asakusa with the Tokyo Skytree area - two major and popular sightseeing spots in the city. The tour includes two major activities after we arrive at the Tokyo Skytree.
1) Climb to the lower and upper observation decks to enjoy the panoramic view of the city. We will use a smartphone app providing information on major tourist spots using the VR technology. Download this app to your smartphone; the guide will do the rest with the app helping you locate major landmarks and their information as you enjoy the panorama.
2) Stroll in the mega shopping complex and the guide will take you exactly to the shops you are looking for. You will find there what you genuinely want to take back home, not to mention Japanese souvenirs.
For groups of three or more, we will use a headsset to hear the guide's voice clearly.

The meeting point is Exit 4 of Asakusa subway station (G19) on the Ginza line, near a red bridge called Azumabashi. Please step outside when you reach Exit 4. Your guide will be holding a recognizable signboard. Since there are 4 stations carrying the same name, Asakusa, a special attention is needed when you get on the train.
