• Adult Ticket: Valid for guests aged 12–64 years
• Child Ticket: Valid for guests aged 4–11 years

SUPER NINTENDO WORLD™ Area Entry:
• QR Code alone is not sufficient for entry, ensure you have the correct timed entry ticket.
• Re-entry is not allowed once you exit the SUPER NINTENDO WORLD™ area.
• Entry without an advance booking ticket may be allowed based on crowd conditions.

Different attractions have different minimum height requirements and policies on wheelchairs, assistance dogs, and expectant mothers. For safety reasons, pass holders may be unable to ride on the attractions in some situations.

System Maintenance Notice:
Universal Studios Japan (USJ) performs regular maintenance on the Universal Express inventory:
• Daily from 5:45 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. (JP time)
• Every Tuesday from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. (JP time)
During these times, booking will be unavailable.

When should I book?

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
