Meet your guide at the meeting point outside the Hilton Hotel in Nairobi city center. Head to the Matatu terminus to catch a 40-minute matatu ride to Umoja. Enjoy the loud music, take pictures, and mingle with some of the locals on the ride.

Arrive in Umoja and take a 20-minute walking tour through a busy market. Stop from time to time to try some of the street food available. Visit a local hotel to try some traditional Kenyan cuisine such as ugali, chapati, and sukuma wiki at your own expense.

After your meal, head back to the terminus to catch another matatu from Umoja back to the city center. Return to the same meeting point outside the Hilton Hotel where your tour will end.
