Tour Full description
After getting picked up from your hotel in Nairobi, head to the Kazuri Beads factory.Discover the beautiful artwork at the Kazuri Beads factory. Get the opportunity to admire the beautiful beads and pottery which have been made by single women and you have an opportunity to support a school project owned by Kazuri factory and make an impact.
Next, head to the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust. Take a walk through the center where baby elephants wait to be fed. Watch them play in the water, gargle their milk, and discover each elephant's personal stories.
Visiting here for public only happens between 11.00am to 12.00pm everyday.
After here,you will visit Giraffes centre, where you can see giraffes living in a semi-wild state. Learn about their behaviors, traits and conservation efforts. You will also get the opportunity to feed these gentle giants.
There will be a short break and your guide will give recommendations on where you can grab a quick bite to eat.
In the Afternoon,visit Bomas of Kenya.At Bomas different aspects of Kenyan culture are displayed including living styles, crafts, music, and dancing. The word Bomas was derived from a Swahili word for enclosed homestead and there are now many different Bomas, each one representing one of Kenya's major ethnic groups. Do not miss the most exciting traditional dances and acrobatic shows, which start at 2.30pm to 4.00pm during weekdays and 3.30pm to 5.15pm during weekends and public holidays.
