Luang Prabang: Mountain Bike Tour (1) Half Day Morning Mountain Bike Tour

Take a two-wheeled adventure going out of Luang Prabang city. Pedal on the road along the rivers trails to the temples and villages, rice paddies, visiting Pak Ou caves along the way.
From Nam Ou Bridge, 30 km north of Luang Prabang, morning half day cycle approximately 14 kilometers along the Nam Ou and Mekong rivers to Manifha Elephant Camp. Ride through the beautiful Luang Prabang countryside on our new, well-maintained mountain bike Trek Marlin7.

The route is both unpaved and paved, and except for some ups and downs of about 50 meters along the way, it is flat, and is safe as it is mostly used only by locals and has little car traffic.

Along the way we stop at villages and rice fields, and at Pak Ou we board a boat and visit a famous cave.

A buffet lunch will be served upon arrival at the elephant camp. You can also take a shower and change clothes.

Afternoon options vary depending on selection.
(1) Morning only tour. Transfer by van to your hotel in Luang Prabang at 2 pm
(2) 2 hours kayaking to Pak Ou Caves. followed by a 1.5 hour sunset cruise back to Luang Prabang on the Mekong River (this option does not visit the caves in the morning) Transfer to your hotel at 6 pm
(3) Kuang Si Waterfalls. Transfer to your hotel at 6 pm
(4) Tad Sae Waterfalls (Only from the end of July to the beginning of January) Transfer to your hotel at 6 pm

The basic price for this tour is for 2 or more people. Solo travelers can book at a premium price. If you participate with other participants, we will refund the difference from the basic price later.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.

Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
