Description

Embark on a 3-day slow boat cruise from Chiang Khong to Luang Prabang. Enjoy the scenic views of the Mekong River and limestone mountains as you cruise along the river.
DAY 1: Chiang Rai to Huay Xai by Van It takes about 2 hours.
- The van will be pick you up at at nearly hotel Terminal 1 to Chiang Khong Thailand Border.
- Upon arrival at the Chiang Khong border, our staff will assist you in crossing the border to Huay Xai, on the Laos border.
- Once you arrive, you will need to apply for a visa. Afterward, Our staff will drive you to the pier for a cruise to Pakbeng and overnight stay in Pakbeng. (it’s recommended to book accommodation in advance).

DAY 2: Pak Beng to Luang Prabang by Slow Boat 11 hours
- You should come to check in before 8:30 a.m.
- Continue your slow boat journey to Luang Prabang.
- You will arrive in Luang Prabang around 5:00 PM.
