Please note: Operating hours for Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park will be updated effective Monday, 14 July 2025. On designated peak days, the park will operate from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The following dates are classified as peak days:
July: 19, 25, 26, 31
August: 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
September: 5, 6, 13, 14–20, 27
October: 4, 11, 18, 19–21, 25
November: 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
December: 6, 13, 20, 21–27, 28–31
Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park is open daily from 10:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Pregnant mothers under 14 weeks or above 33 weeks of gestation. Please provide your medical letter or doctor’s appointment card as proof.
Ticket prices are the same for all ages.
Kids below 80cm are not eligible to participate in any of the rides.
Kids below 122cm must have a guardian (16+ years with valid ticket).
Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance.
Stroller and wheelchair rentals available for a fee.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
