The cape also links to a small mangrove island called 'Pulau Burung' by a wooden bridge, although visitors may stroll there on foot at low tide. A boardwalk on the island leads to a platform where a watchtower provides a panoramic view of PD's coastline. Port Dickson began history as a small Malay village inhabited by fishermen and traders. It was originally called 'Arang'; named after a local coal mine. During the colonial era, a British official named Sir Frederic Dickson turned Arang (Charcoal) into a port for transporting the rich tin ore deposits. The town was renamed Port Dickson (after the official) and became a busy, railway-linked harbour.

Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
