Begin your 7-8 hours southwest scenic tour with a hotel pick-up anywhere in Mauritius. You will meet & be greeted by our certified guide and after boarding to your comfortable vehicle, then set off for your first stop.

You'll be heading to Trou Aux Cerfs which is one of the famous natural tourist attractions in Mauritius. The dormant volcanic crater is around 605 meters above sea levels and is surrounded by a vast area of lush forest consisting of indigenous plant species and some giant green pine trees.

Mare Aux Vacoas reservoir which has the honor of being the largest reservoir on the island with a capacity of almost 26 million cubic meters and is simultaneously a rather popular stop for tourists visiting the south of the island. Mare aux Vacoas is a gem hidden between lines of thick forests.

Then, continue to the Rhumerie St Aubin. Set in a charming colonial house, exhibiting tropical and traditional vibes, The Rhumerie de St Aubin Distillery will have you learn all you need to know about local rum making. You will get to enjoy a boozily delicious rum-tasting session, discovering the different flavors of rum the distillery manufactures.

Afterward, continue to the Bois Chéri Tea factory where a guide will lead you through the factory and the tea plantation, offering you to discover the history, stories, and tales of the Bois Chéri and the importance of tea production in Mauritius. Then, head to the bois cherri restaurant to taste the tea while enjoying the breathtaking panoramic view of the nature.

Continue to Ganga Talao to visit the sacred site where you will inevitably be awestruck by the gigantic statue of Lord Shiva which is 33 meters high. Ganga Talao is a major draw of crowds in Mauritius, with many people visiting the site to pray, meditate, or simply to walk by the lake and enjoy the gorgeous surrounding views.

The next stop is Alexandra Falls which is Situated some 700m above sea level & is one of the most popular nature sites in Mauritius. You will need nothing more to soothe the eye. Once you are there, do not miss the chance to admire and capture on your camera the panoramic view of the South-East Coast with its turquoise ocean.

Afterward, heading to Souillac to see the astounding view of Gris-Gris. The appeal of Gris-Gris lies in its scenery, the high cliffs here drop abruptly to the sea and the refreshing winds of the Indian Ocean blow all year round.

Next, you'll head to Gorge Viewpoint, where you will stop for a stunning panoramic view of the endless green stretches.

Then, you'll head to see the astounding Chamarel Viewpoint which is a family-friendly spot for you to get an amazing panoramic view of the West Coast and the gorgeous Ile Aux Benitier islet.
