• The minivan accommodates up to 7 passengers with 7 standard-size bags and 7 carry-on bags are allowed per vehicle
• Additional and overweight baggage such as surfboards and bicycles are subject to space availability and may incur an additional charge payable to your driver
• It is your responsibility to bring car seats if required and children must be seated in a size-appropriate safety restraint
• If you book the incorrect hotel zone you are responsible to pay the difference in Cancun International Airport
• You must contact the local partner directly if you miss your flight or your flight plans change
• If you choose the round-trip option the inclusions of water, towelette, and rose are only for the arrival
• The tour operator reserves the right to refuse service without refund to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication
• For Isla Mujeres Pier, the option does not include a ticket for the ferry
• Partial cancellation is not available for roundtrip transfers

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
