IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• You must be 12 years old to ride the Jetovator
• Minimum weight to ride the Jetovator is 100 pounds
• If you are 17 or younger, you must have your parent's or guardian's permission
• If you have back, neck, joint, or muscular problems, or if you are pregnant, you should carefully consider whether to participate
• No prior experience necessary, but you must be able to swim on your own
• Please bring your booking reservation and your ID
• An additional surcharge of 13 USD for the Dock Fee will be collected upon arrival
• While your participating in the activity, you cannot bring cameras of any kind, drones, or valuables, because you need both hands free at all times
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned
You must keep social distance while in vehicles
The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds
You are required to bring and wear a mask
You must fill out a travel information form
You will receive a mandatory temperature check
We are located inside the village mall "La Isla" at the hotel zone, km 12.5. Our office is Inside the mall next to the "Lighthouse Restaurant." Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your reservation.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
