This tour has 2 different schedules: sunset and moonlight. It is recommended to arrive half an hour before the departure of the tour since it departs on time.
Dress code: Semi-Formal and we recommend to use comfortable shoes.
Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or special requests in advance. In case of rain, the tour is not cancelled, so be prepared for varying weather conditions. The sale and service of alcoholic beverages to minors are restricted.
Cancellation policy: Full refund available for cancellations made 24 hours in advance; no refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour.

Meeting instructions: We will see you at Marina Aquatours that is located at the hotel zone in Cancun. We are in front of Playa Tortugas–Turtles beach also known as the Fat Tuesday beach.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
