The concierge airport experience features a personalized greeting upon exiting customs, baggage assistance, a cold bottle of water, and a refreshing towel. Lady guests are greeted with a freshly cut red or pink rose. A welcome letter is presented with our concierge phone number at your service for any need, 24 hours. Our elite staff of concierge drivers speaks fluent English and Spanish to assist with anything you need between reception at the airport and check-in at the front desk of your hotel. During your stay, our concierge representative will arrive at your hotel in-person to review options and help you make arrangements to make the most of your stay as well as confirm the details of your departure transportation.

Pricing is per car, comfortably seating up to 3 passengers. Cars depart 24 hours a day based on your need.

• 3 standard-size bags and 3 carry-on bags are allowed per vehicle
• Infant car seats are the traveler’s responsibility; children must be seated in a size-appropriate safety restraint, per local law
• Additional and overweight baggage (such as surfboards, bicycles, etc.) is subject to space availability and may incur an extra surcharge, which is payable to your driver at the time of service
• If you book the incorrect hotel zone, you are responsible to pay the difference in Cancun International Airport
• It is your responsibility to contact the local supplier directly if you miss your flight or have a change in your flight plans
• For Isla Mujeres Pier, the option does not include a ticket for the ferry

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
