Departure at 4:00 am from the hotel in Palenque, to go to Calakmul are
5 hours on the road, you visit the archaeological site for 3 hours, getting to know the
different Mayan buildings, enjoying the natural wealth around them.
The archaeological zone is located in the core of the biosphere reserve,
Its fauna is very diverse and with luck you can see the jaguar, toucan,
peacock, monkeys, tapir and a wide variety of reptiles. Finishing the
visit they are given time for food and, finally, return to the city of
palenque arriving at approximately 9:00 pm.
