Our talented chefs will unveil their secrets and techniques, including the use of two star ingredients, corn, and chile, that define the essence of Mexican cuisine. From beginners to culinary enthusiasts, this class caters to all levels of expertise.

In an intimate and personalized setting with a maximum of eight participants per group, you'll embark on a 3 to 3 1/2 hour culinary journey. Explore essential cooking skills that will last a lifetime and interact with our knowledgeable instructors.
