The meeting point is at La Cúpula, a traditional family textile workshop located at the entrance of Teotitlán del Valle. When arriving from Oaxaca, the workshop is on the right-hand side of the road. Look for the La Cúpula sign and textile display at the entrance. A member of our family will be waiting to welcome you.
INCLUDED
- All necessary materials for dyeing
- Supervision by experienced dye masters
- Introduction to materials and designs
- A 50 × 50 cm piece of 100% cotton fabric, natural indigo, cords and rubber bands for creating shibori patterns, wooden clips and sticks, gloves, dyeing containers, and an apron.
NOT INCLUDED
- Transportation to and from the workshop, food and drinks, and additional items or fabrics for dyeing beyond the provided materials.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
