If you selected the wrong option (Group of 1-4 and you are more than 4 upon pickup) or (Group of 5-10 and you are more than 10 upon pickup), there will be a surcharge of P200/extra person payable directly to the driver.

Luggage Options:
1 small luggage ONLY per person and a maximum of 4 small luggage for SUV and 10 small luggage for Van.

Any discomfort attributed to excess luggage shall not be the responsibility of the operator.

• For airport pick-up, the date selected at checkout should be your flight arrival date (e.g. if your flight

For arrival transfers, the transfer coordinator will wait for you for up to 1 hour from the flight landing time If you are unreachable after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave and no refunds will be issued

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
