Description
Enjoy an authentic Balinese cultural experience by making canang offerings, learning Sanskrit, exploring the bamboo forest, and participating in farming—including a traditional lunch.
This is not just an ordinary tour, but an opportunity to experience life as a true Balinese!
This unique tour will bring you closer to the life of the local Balinese community. The journey will begin with a visit to a Balinese compound. You will experience the atmosphere of a traditional Balinese house firsthand, with its architecture rich in spiritual meaning.
Next, learn Balinese Sanskrit as an exploration of cultural richness. This classical language is commonly used in religious rituals and ceremonies. You will meet holy people who are fluent in this language.
The most interesting part is the process of making canang sari. You will be taught how to make sacred offerings from scratch, as is commonly done by the Balinese people. Balinese women will teach you the philosophy behind the three main colors (white, red, and yellow) that symbolize the main gods in the Hindu faith.
Not only that, you will learn about the production of traditional coconut oil. Learn every technique passed down from generation to generation to turn fresh coconuts into natural oil. After a long tour, enjoy a break by drinking Balinese coffee or tea while tasting traditional cakes.
Towards noon, we will continue our journey to the cool bamboo forest. Enjoy the perfect moment while taking pictures together. Continue the journey by learning about the subak irrigation system as part of Balinese agriculture.
Interestingly, you can also try plowing rice fields with Balinese farmers in the traditional way. Feel the coolness of the rice field water and laugh together with the farmers. After participating in all these exciting new activities, enjoy a delicious traditional Balinese lunch as the perfect ending to this complete experience.
