After a peaceful exploration of the river’s unique environments, we pause for a short break to enjoy light snacks and refreshments at our river station. Then, as twilight descends, we prepare for the most enchanting part of the adventure—firefly watching.

With the sun now gone and the stars overhead, we return to the water to witness the rare and captivating dance of synchronous fireflies. Found only in a few places in the world—and in this abundance, only in the Philippines—these glowing insects blink in harmony like nature’s own light show. The reflection of their lights on the calm river surface creates a surreal and magical atmosphere, making this moment one you’ll never forget.

Travel times to our river station are approximately one hour from Panglao or Loboc, and just 15 minutes from Tagbilaran, making it a comfortable and accessible half-day to evening trip.

Upon arrival, you’ll receive a safety briefing and a quick kayaking lesson—no experience necessary. Our guides ensure that beginners feel comfortable and confident before heading out. After the tour, we invite you to enjoy a delicious home-cooked Filipino dinner, prepared with love using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. It’s the perfect way to end a night on the water—sharing stories and meals under the stars.
