Please note that all elephant tracking activities are conducted under the supervision of local conservation wardens who ensure the safety of both guests and wildlife. To protect the elephants and their natural environment, all guests will travel in the official lodge vehicles during the tracking excursion. This rule is strictly enforced by the elephant wardens and forms part of the conservation policy in the Brandberg region. Comfortable clothing, sun protection, and closed shoes are recommended for this activity.

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
