Explore the town of Swakopmund: we'll walk through the streets, visit the jetty, and climb the town's tower. After that, we'll relax with a beer tasting at a local brewery where the beer is made.
The history of Swakopmund, a Namibian town located between dunes and desert near the mouth of the Swakop River, begins with the landing of the Portuguese sailor Bartholomew Diaz on Namibian soil at Cape Cross in the year 1487.
Join us for a walk through its main attractions, we will climb up the tower, to admire the wonderful view from above. Afterwards we continue our walk through the streets, arriving up to “the jetty” where we will enjoy a splendid Namibian sunset. To top it all off, we end with a beer tasting in one of the Brewery where local beer is produced.
