-Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu – 1400 m / 4593 ft. Airport pickup and hotel transfer with a short briefing about the trek and preparation for the journey.
-Day 2: Kathmandu sightseeing and preparation – 1400 m / 4593 ft. Final equipment check, permit arrangements, and optional exploration of cultural heritage areas.
-Day 3: Fly to Lukla (2850 m / 9350 ft) and trek to Phakding (2650 m / 8694 ft). Scenic mountain flight followed by a gentle walk through Sherpa villages along the Dudh Koshi River.
-Day 4: Phakding to Namche Bazaar – 3440 m / 11,286 ft. Cross suspension bridges and enter Sagarmatha National Park before ascending to the vibrant mountain town of Namche.
-Day 5: Acclimatization in Namche – 3440 m / 11,286 ft. Short hikes to viewpoints such as Everest View Hotel with panoramic Himalayan scenery.
-Day 6: Namche to Tengboche – 3850 m / 12,631 ft. Forest trails lead to Tengboche Monastery, surrounded by Ama Dablam and Everest views.
-Day 7: Tengboche to Dingboche – 4410 m / 14,468 ft. Trek through alpine landscapes and traditional settlements as the terrain opens into high mountain valleys.
-Day 8: Acclimatization in Dingboche – 4410 m / 14,468 ft. Optional ridge hike for altitude adaptation and wide views of Lhotse and Makalu.
-Day 9: Dingboche to Lobuche – 4910 m / 16,109 ft. Pass memorial sites and follow glacial terrain beneath dramatic Himalayan peaks.

Domestic flights to and from Lukla are weather dependent and may be delayed or rescheduled. Basic teahouse accommodation is provided during the trek, with limited charging and hot shower facilities available for an extra cost. Travel insurance covering high-altitude trekking and emergency evacuation is mandatory. Itinerary may change due to weather, safety conditions, or guide decisions.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
