Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2: Kathmandu, Swayambunath, and Patan
After breakfast, embark on a half-day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu. Visit Durbar Square, the former royal residential district with more than 50 important temples and the Rana Palace, also known as the Singha Durbar. See Hanuman Dhoka, the imposing gateway to the Royal Palace with its statue of the "monkey god."
Drive along "Freak Street," where hippies once relaxed, to visit the temple-house of Kumari, the child goddess, a living goddess. End the morning at the great stupa of Swayambunath, with the eyes of Buddha painted on all four sides. Its sacred location on a hill was determined 2,500 years ago, long before the advent of Buddhism in Nepal.
In the afternoon, visit Patan, including the old city: Newar, the Golden Gate, the Teleju Temple, and the statue of Yogendra Malla. Return to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3: Bodhnath and Pashupatinath
After breakfast, visit Bodhnath, one of the largest stupas in the world. Continue to the temples of Pashupatinath, one of the most important in the Hindu religion, dedicated to the god Shiva. Witness the cremation of corpses on the banks of the Bagmati River. Enjoy a free afternoon for personal activities. Return to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 4: Departure
After breakfast, transfer to Kathmandu airport for your return flight.

When should I book?

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
