Day 3: Kathmandu to Pokhara by Bus

Day 4: Pokhara to Kagbeni by Bus

Begin your trek with a scenic drive from Pokhara to Kagbeni, passing through the Kali Gandaki Gorge and arid landscapes of Mustang.

Day 5: Kagbeni to Ghami by Local Jeep

Take a 5-hour local jeep ride from Kagbeni to Ghami, passing through dramatic desert landscapes, ancient cliffs, and traditional villages like Chhusang and Syangboche.

Day 6: Ghami to Ghargumba by Trekking

Ascend on a 5–6-hour scenic trek from Ghami to Ghar Gumba, one of the oldest monasteries in Mustang. The trail winds through barren hills, colorful cliffs, and ancient mani walls.

Day 7: Ghargumba to Lo-Manthang

Trek from Ghar Gumba to Lo-Manthang, crossing the high Chogo La Pass at around 4,280 meters. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Mustang landscape and distant peaks.

Day 8: Trek from Lo-Mangthang to Choser

Trek from Thingkar to Chosar and discover Mustang’s ancient heritage. See remarkable cave dwellings carved into cliff walls, once used for meditation, burial, and shelter by monks centuries ago.

Day 9: Trek from Choser to Kimaling to Lo-Manthang

On the second day of Lo-Manthang’s Yartung Festival, the excitement peaks with the King’s horse race, a prestigious event symbolizing honor and heritage.

Day 12: Trek from Lo-Manthang to Yara
The trek from Lo-Manthang to Yara Village takes you through remote, rugged terrain with striking views of eroded cliffs and canyons.

Day 13: Explore Luri Gompa and Trek from Yara to Tsarang
Explore Luri Gompa, a serene monastery perched above Yara, then trek from Yara to Tsarang in about 4 to 5 hours.

Day 14: Tsarang to Jomsom by Local Jeep
The local Jeep ride from Tsarang to Jomsom takes around 4 to 5 hours along rugged mountain roads.

Day 15: Jomsom to Pokhara by local bus
The local bus from Jomsom to Pokhara takes about 6 to 7 hours, traveling through the stunning Kali Gandaki Valley. Pass terraced fields, traditional villages, and rugged mountain landscapes

Day 16: Pokhara to Kathmandu by Drive
