Embark on a 15-day trek through the Hunga Valley, also known as the Khongmading Valley. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Himalayas, lush forests, and charming villages.
Begin your adventure in Kathmandu, where you’ll be picked up and driven to Patle. Spend the night in Patle, a place where you can see Mount Everest from your room. In the early morning, enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains like Everest and Lhotse.
On the second day, ride a jeep to Bung. On the third day, walk from Bung to Charkhor (2,975 meters). On the fourth day, reach Kholakhark (4,223 meters) from Charkhor and stay overnight.
On the fifth day, reach Kothe (3,580 meters) from Kholakhark. Kothe has good food and accommodation facilities for tourists. On the sixth day, reach Khare (5,000 meters) from Kothe.
On the seventh day, reach the Khongmading Valley (4,850 meters) via Mahalangur Bhanjyang. On the eighth day, reach Bhatelma Dobhan (3,159 meters) and stay overnight.
On the ninth day, reach Weikho Telam (3,000 meters) from Dobhan through the forest. On the tenth day, reach Mudhikhark (2,590 meters) from Weikho Telam. On the 11th day, reach Cheskam from Mudhikhark. On the 12th day, reach Kathmandu or Saleri from Cheskam. If you stay in Saleri, reach Kathmandu by air on day 13 from Phaplu Airport.
