Description

Embark on a 14-day expedition to Mera Peak, one of Nepal’s highest trekking peaks. Trek through remote villages, lush forests, and glacial terrain with a guide.
Begin your adventure with a drive from Kathmandu to Salleri, followed by a scenic trek through the remote and culturally rich lower Solu region. This less-crowded approach allows gradual acclimatization while passing traditional villages such as Kharikhola, Panggom, and Ningsow, dense rhododendron forests, and pristine river valleys.

As the trail ascends toward the Hinku Valley, reach Kothe, Thaknak, and Khare, where acclimatization and pre-climb training prepare you for summit success. From High Camp, the summit push rewards you with panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Cho Oyu, and Kanchenjunga.

After reaching the summit of Mera Peak (6,476m), the return journey follows a scenic route back via Thuli Kharka and Salleri, concluding with a drive to Kathmandu. This 14-day itinerary offers a perfect blend of adventure, acclimatization, and authentic Himalayan experience.
