10-Day Itinerary – Lower Mustang Valley Trek

Day 1: Kathmandu Arrival – Arrive at Tribhuvan Airport; transfer to luxury hotel in Thamel. Evening stroll in Thamel.

Day 2: Explore Kathmandu – Visit Boudhanath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, and Monkey Temple. Overnight: Thamel.

Day 3: Kathmandu – Pokhara – Drive or fly to Pokhara; overnight stay. Overnight: Pokhara.

Day 4: Pokhara – Jomsom (2,720 m) – Trek to Kagbeni (2,900 m) – Early morning flight to Jomsom. Begin trekking to Kagbeni. Overnight: Kagbeni.

Day 5: Kagbeni – Jharkot (3,519 m) – Trek through arid landscapes; visit Red Gompa and explore Jharkot village. Overnight: Jharkot.

Day 6: Jharkot – Muktinath (3,710 m) – Trek to sacred Muktinath Temple, observe Tibetan rituals, overnight stay at Muktinath.

Day 7: Muktinath – Lupra Valley – Jomsom (2,790 m) – Trek down via Lupra Valley and return to Jomsom. Overnight: Jomsom.

Day 8: Jomsom – Pokhara – Fly back to Pokhara; enjoy sightseeing including Phewa Lake, Devi’s Fall, and Sarangkot sunrise. Overnight: Pokhara.

Day 9: Pokhara – Kathmandu – Drive or fly back to Kathmandu; overnight stay in Thamel.
