Arrival information: After passing through passport control, collect your baggage and proceed through customs. Then proceed directly to the EXIT, where, immediately outside the door, a representative will be awaiting you. The representative will be wearing a blue uniform with the EL Tours logo on it. The representative will also be holding a sign with the EL Tours logo on it. Once you have identified yourself to the representative you will be escorted to your transfer vehicle.
Departure information: Please contact EL TOURS office at least 24 hours prior to departure using the contact information listed on your voucher in order to reconfirm your departure transfer and pick up time at the hotel. We ask all guests to please plan to be at the lobby of your hotel at least fifteen minutes before transfer pick up time. Please keep in mind that due to multiple pickups the transfer might be delayed up to fifteen minutes.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
