Cruise ship passengers should wait at the private tour waiting area at the cruise terminal. Your driver guide will pick you up directly from the ship. Hotel guests should wait in the lobby of their hotel.
Wellington i-SITE guests should wait at the private tour loading area opposite from and/or in front of the Amora Hotel on Wakefield Street (beside the i-SITE).

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
