Discover the hidden caves of Bocas del Toro on an adventure through the tropical jungle.
Follow your experienced local guide into the jungle and venture into two natural caves, each offering a different glimpse into the hidden side of Bocas.
Inside the caves, you may encounter bats, aquatic life, unique rock formations, and other signs of the tropical ecosystem.
To make the experience more comfortable and safe, we provide boots and headlamps for the tour. Your guide will lead you through the caves and help you navigate the terrain while sharing information about the natural environment.
Be prepared to get wet: water can reach up to waist level in some sections, depending on conditions. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing suitable for getting wet and bringing a change of clothes.

Guiding languages
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
In the caves, there are many insects, bats, and sometimes other wildlife however, your guide will keep you safe. The water level in the caves can reach past the waist for part of the tour. On the jungle paths, bug spray is optional but not required. All ages welcome however, the terrain is uneven, and it may be difficult for some. The guide will help and offer walking sticks if needed. If you need to keep anything safe or dry while on tour, you can leave it at our secure basecamp site.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
